ShopTileWhat is included in Free and Pro?
Free includes 2 exports per month, Minimal and Bold in black, white or green, Today and Last 30 days, and Store Snapshot with Sales or Orders as the main metric. Pro is $4.99 USD per month and includes unlimited exports, every template, palette, date range, card type and main metric, plus a smaller watermark. Free includes Inter and Manrope; Pro includes all four fonts. Both plans include all three image sizes.
Shopify handles billing and charge approval. Open Your plan in the app to manage or cancel through Shopify. Pro is billed every 30 days; review the final terms and any applicable taxes on Shopify’s confirmation page.
What counts as an export?
Each PNG download, JPG download or Share on X download uses one export. Copy as text is free. Your Free allowance resets to 2 at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month and does not roll over. Previews and edits do not use exports. A failed image render does not use an export; retrying the same authorization request after a network error is not counted twice.
Sample exports made inside your installed app count toward your allowance. The separate public demo only exports marked sample data and does not affect your store’s allowance.
Can I remove the watermark?
Both plans include Made with ShopTile at the bottom-right of the image. Free uses the standard size; Pro uses a smaller size. Neither plan removes it entirely.
Does ShopTile read customer personal information?
ShopTile does not request customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses. It reads recent order totals, dates, product titles and quantities to calculate aggregate store metrics.
Why can’t I select older dates?
The app requests read_orders and works within Shopify’s recent 60-day order-history window. It does not request read_all_orders. The oldest partially accessible day is excluded to avoid incomplete results.
Why is growth unavailable?
A valid comparison needs the full preceding period. Growth is unavailable if that period falls outside accessible history or has zero sales while the selected period has positive sales. Zero sales in both periods produces 0%.
Why might these numbers differ from Shopify Analytics?
ShopTile groups orders by creation date and uses their current totals, including tax and shipping. Shopify reports may use different payment, refund, cancellation or reporting-date definitions. See the metric definitions in the guide before comparing reports.
Can I try it without real orders?
Yes. The sample studio and empty-state preview let you test templates and exports. SAMPLE remains visible on the card and in exported captions so illustrative numbers cannot be mistaken for real store results.
Which image sizes are available?
Square: 1080 × 1080. Landscape: 1600 × 900. Story: 1080 × 1920. Each format supports PNG and JPG. The downloaded image uses the full output resolution, regardless of your screen size.
Does Share on X publish for me?
No. It downloads the card and opens an X draft containing your caption. You attach the image and choose whether to publish. There is no social account connection or automatic posting.
Will my selected font appear in the download?
Yes. The four included fonts are hosted with the app and rendered into the image. The person viewing your card does not need to install a font.
Are my order metrics stored?
Order metrics are calculated on demand and are not persisted in the app database. Shopify sessions and access tokens are stored server-side to authenticate the installation. Downloaded images remain on your device until you share them.
What happens when I uninstall?
The uninstall webhook removes the app’s stored Shopify session records. Shopify’s shop redaction request also removes any remaining sessions. Images you already downloaded or published remain wherever you saved or shared them.
